Crispy Parmesan Kale Chips

Serving Size: 9-10
Ingredients:
3 bunches of kale, ribs removed
¼ cup olive oil
6 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup freshly grated parmesan
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees (F).
Rip the kale away from the tough ribs. Chop the kale into bite sized chunks and wash well. Drain very well then pat until completely dry, or leave out to dry. Add the kale, minced garlic, and olive oil. Massage the kale gently, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
On 2 parchment lined baking sheets, lay the kale in a single layer on the tray. Bake for 10 minutes, switch the trays in the oven, and bake for another 10 minutes. Remove again, sprinkle with parmesan, and place back into the oven until kale is crispy and cheese is melted.
Serve immediately!
