All parts of the arugula plant are edible!​ The immature seed pods can be pickled and mature seeds are even used in Indian and Persian dishes!

Storage Tips: Store unwashed in a container or bag. If arugula has roots attached still, wrap the roots in damp paper towel and store in a bag. Arugula goes bad fairly quickly. It’s best used within the first couple of days. Store in the refrigerator.
