Preparation Tips:
Roasting: Wrap unpeeled beets in foil with a drizzle of olive oil. Roast at 375°F (190°C) for 45–60 minutes until tender. Let cool, then peel.
Steaming: Place whole, unpeeled beets in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam for 30–40 minutes until tender. Cool and peel.
